Case Study
Neuralink
Helping a ground-breaking startup tell the story of brain-machine interfaces and hire a team to build them.
Company Bio
Neuralink is a neurotechnology company that researches and builds implantable brain-computer interfaces to address neurological conditions.
We worked closely with Play Studio and Neuralink founders and leadership to build a website that helped raise awareness of their mission and recruit top talent for their 2020 summer update.
Since launching, the Neuralink website we built has received millions of views and has been an invaluable asset for the rapidly growing company for many years.

The Challenge
17 days to create and ship a visual design language and website
Neuralink founders Elon Musk and Max Hodak wanted to present Neuralink to the world with a fresh brand and website.
The goal for the Neuralink brand was to convey it as a company rooted in scientific research and innovation.
The goal for the Neuralink website was to inform the public about the company's mission and technology, and recruit top talent to join the team.
The Solution
Close collaboration and rapid iteration
With just over two weeks to design, build, and ship, we worked at a feverish pace alongside our Play Studio design partners to quickly iterate and develop our ideas before the launch.
We worked on-site at Neuralink HQ every other day leading up to the launch to ensure we were on track with the design of the brand and website.
The Impact
Knock-out success
We helped create a distinguished brand for Neuralink, along with a website that informed tens of millions of visitors about the company and technology.
Furthermore, we helped amplify hiring efforts as Neuralink sought to rapidly expand its operations.
